We recommend consistent monthly payments to maintain your plan status. If you miss a payment, please contact us within 15 days to reinstate your plan without penalty.
Can I increase my monthly installment amount?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan by visiting our store. The new amount will apply from the following month onwards and your bonus will be adjusted accordingly.
What happens if I want to close the plan early?
You can close the plan anytime — the amount accumulated will be refunded at the prevailing gold rate. However, the bonus instalment is only credited upon full plan completion.
Can I redeem online or only in-store?
Redemption is currently available at our physical store. However, you can browse our online catalogue and pre-select your jewellery before visiting us.
Is the making charge benefit applicable on all jewellery?
Yes, the making charge discount is applicable on all Gold, Diamond, and Platinum jewellery in our collection, subject to specific collections and ongoing offers.
